Felix Villa, President
Felix Villa, the President and owner has over 30 years of experience in retail, distribution and global sales. Felix’s work on New Channel Development takes him into emerging markets around the world and to places like Seoul, which he recently visited. Felix is responsible for exporting and managing domestically, Natural, Organic and Specialty Food products into countries such as: China, Russia, India, Caribbean, Central and South America. His focus on bringing foods that are better for you is a sure win for all manufacturers of these products as many of them are members of the Specialty Food Association.
Rich Gustafson, VP of Sales Execution
Rich Gustafson is the VP of Business Development and has over 30 years of experience in retail, distribution and national sales. Rich’s work on broker development takes him into all mass markets accounts across the US. In his current role as VP of Sales Execution for Global, Rich is responsible for managing, Natural, Organic and Specialty Food manufacturer products into both the mass market as well as the distributor network nationally. His focus is on bridging the complexity gap for both new and emerging brands as well as existing established lines into today’s tough and competitive marketplace.
Felix Villa II, VP of Export Sales
Felix Villa is the the VP of Export Sales and has over 10 years of experience in retail sales. He develops and has grown the international business of over 80,000 different SKU's in the natural, organic, ethnic and specialty categories to reach more than 35 countries with more to come. With a background in retail, he has held various posisitons in store operations, category management, merchandising, sales, store layout and customer relations. He holds a bachelors of organizational management from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Northern Illinois Univsersity.
Elizabeth Villa, Office Manager
Elizabeth Villa is the Office Manager as well as an Export Account Manager handling all customer orders and documentation. She has 10 years of selling, marketing and and customer service experience working in distribution, logistics and customer satisfaction.

Paul Gritsenko, Export Support
Paul Gritsenko started his time at Global as an international intern during the summer of 2014. After taking 2 years to work in Moscow at the largest goat milk based baby food and formula company he came back to Global with the additional experience necessary to join the team permanently.
Terrance Paul, Caribbean Export Specialist
Terrance Paul has held various positions at three of the Bahamas’s largest retailers and distributors: Kelly’s Home Center, Nature’s Way and Dollar General. Terrance is a member of the American Heart Association and a certified Commander in the Royal Rangers boys program and a graduate from the Bahamas Bankers Institute.
Roger Smigiel, Retail Manager
​​​​Roger Smigiel has 37 years of experience in the Specialty Food business. His last two positions at Kehe were as an account manger for Wal-Mart and for Meijer and he proudly possesses a Masters Degree in Marketing from Webster University in St. Louis.

Alejandra Prieto, Sales Support
Alejandra has over 25 years experience starting in Venezuela, where she worked for in sales, finance, logistics, procurement and customer service for Nestle and Bigott as well as major oil and power companies. While in USA she worked in sales for CNC before joining Global to support the sales team. She is currently pursuing a Project Management Certificate at DePaul University.

Dave Urquhart, Jewel Retail Sales
Dave has over 30 years in the grocery business, making his way from a utility clerk to store manager and from route sales manager to district manager in the DSD arena. Great relationship builder with a drive to succeed & exceed expectations.
Kevin Trochelman, Retail Sales Manager
Kevin Trochelman is our Retail Sales Manager for the Western Divison. He comes to us with 34 years of experience within the Specialty Food Industry. Kevin has held numerous leadership positions calling on the headquarters of retailers and distributors. Kevin has been instrumental in brand development and building brand sales of numerous CPG companies.
Gustavo (Gus) Ruiz, Export Specialist
Gustavo (Gus) Ruiz is our Export Specialist for the Latin American market. Gus has worked in several areas of sales throughout his career and garnered several awards of achievement during his tenure with Coca Cola Company. Most recently Gus was an integral part of the new brand launches including Nu 3 protein and chia products.

Jim Zografos, Director of Marketing
"Jimmy Z" is the Director of Marketing and comes to us with over 30 years' experience in both the Food Service and Retail Food Industry. Jim has served in various positions in both Sales and Marketing and has critical expertise in developing Marketing and Sales Plans for CPG brands competing in the Natural, Specialty, Multi-Cultural and Alternative channels. In his role, Jimmy Z is charged with designing our partners Marketing Programs as well as expanding our current market development activities.

Jaymie Wyatt, Marketing Support
Jaymie Wyatt is our Marketing Support working directly with our sales Brokerage Team. Jaymie has over 5 years’ experience in Customer Support and Accounting with KeHE Distributors. Jaymie’s unique experience has allowed her to gain valuable insight and knowledge of sales distribution and the food industry.

Marja Cruz, Puerto Rico Export Manager
Marja Cruz, is our Puerto Rico Export Manager. She comes to us with 25 years of experience working the Puerto Rico market. She was the Tree of Life Rep during the years where Molac Import was the distribution company on the island for Tree of Life. Most recently she worked for almost 15 years for Maximum Marketing, a Broker company that covers the East coast and Mid- West market.

Conrad Brown is our Export Support working directly with the exports and sales division within Global. He brings over 7 years’ sales marketing and customer service experience both domestically and internationally.

Shpetim "Tim" Mustafa, Director of Exports
Shpetim Mustafa has over 5 years in retail experience at Target Corp. His retail experience has helped him gain a true understanding for in-store needs which helps him better cater to our customers and vendors. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University in May 2015.
Pearl Martinez, Director of Latin American Brands
Pearl comes to us with tremendous experience in the CPG world, having worked in all areas of our industry from manufacturing to distribution and specializing in the launch and management of Latino products. Pearl helps us with our overall planning, managing and execution of our Marketing and Sales programs within our Latino portfolio of brands.
